Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A short-notice cancellation or no-show may incur a service call or diagnostic fee.
Deposits
Any deposit collected is applied to the final invoice for the agreed work. Deposit terms, including any conditions that may affect a return, will be confirmed with the quote or appointment details.
Completed work
Completed work is usually addressed by repair rather than refund. Please contact Timiman promptly with the details of any concern so the work can be reviewed.
Workmanship
Timiman’s draft labour warranty covers workmanship for 30 days after completion. It does not cover materials, manufacturer defects, misuse, unrelated failures, or changes made by others.
