This website provides general information about Timiman and its residential handyman services. Content may be updated as the service develops.
Appointments and estimates
Service is by appointment. Submitting a form, calling, or sending an email is a request only and does not create a confirmed appointment or service agreement. Timiman will follow up about the work, timing, location, scope, and quote.
Rates and tax
Working rates are CAD $150 for the first hour and CAD $90 for each additional hour, excluding HST. Rates are subject to quote and may vary when the scope, materials, travel, or job conditions require it. No other price is implied until confirmed.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A short-notice cancellation or no-show may incur a service call or diagnostic fee. See the draft Refund & Cancellation policy.
Deposits and completed work
Deposits are applied to the invoice. Completed work is usually addressed by repair rather than refund, subject to the agreed scope and applicable law.
Labour warranty
Timiman’s draft labour warranty covers workmanship for 30 days after completion. It does not cover materials, manufacturer defects, misuse, unrelated failures, or changes made by others.
Scope of work
Service availability depends on the nature and location of the work. Timiman may decline requests that are outside its service scope or cannot be completed safely or appropriately.
Service location
Timiman is a mobile service operating across the Greater Toronto Area by appointment. The listed mailing and registration address is not a storefront or walk-in location.
Information and photos
Please provide accurate name, service address, phone, email, and job information. Additional details or photos may be requested, and job-site photos may be taken with your knowledge to assess or document the work.
